The New York Spa Tech Neck massage combats the ills of our tech-driven lives.  The massage begins with a hot towel placed on the back to loosen muscles followed by a series of stretches of the neck, spinal cord, rhomboid, and pectoral muscles.  Thumb and forearm pressure is applied with focus to the trapezius and rhomboids for a final release of muscle ache and discomfort.
