This is a water soluble, hypoallergenic facial pore cleanser that is great for make-up removal. The Evacu-Wash Soap I Cleanser is gentle enough to remove mascara. Dorit Baxter recommends applying moisturizer after cleansing with face wash. Also used as brushless shaving cream and is very effective for ingrown hairs and sensitive areas.
